Sailing into the Sydney Harbour

Sydney Harbor and the Opera House greeted us in the early morning hours. We woke around 0400 to be up on deck to watch the ship sail under the harbor around 0430. It was gorgeous and quiet with all the lights on.

Later before breakfast it started to rain.

Our one last breakfast on the ship filled us up for our long day of waiting. We eventually got off the ship and took the Disney sponsored shuttle to the airport. We couldn’t check in to our 1745 flight yet so we made good use of the free wifi. Once we got through security we hit up The House lounge as part of the priority pass. They had some good food and drinks and we spent more time on the wifi.

Our flight finally departed for Auckland and we got in about 2250 followed by a ride to our Haka Lodge in Auckland. We arrive in the early morning hours and unfortunately stumble in to our hostel room full of people already sleeping.
